AND Provided DOCUMENTS which ALWAYS! SHOWED! not! only! the WRONG DOINGS of said USDA's PUBLIC OFFICIALS!!... But! the MONITOR'S REPORT of 9/10/2007 shows U.S.D.A. & U.S. District Court JUDGE Paul Friedman ADMITS that - "...Ms. Rowser-Bey's "Motion" contains... HISTORY OF THIS CASE...LEGAL IMPORTANCE of VARIOUS!! ORDERS! and OPINIONS...PARTICULAR...ATTACKS....various! PERSONS!! ASSOCIATED! with this! Case!, INCLUDING CLASS COUNSEL, the LEAD ATTORNEY for DEFENDANTS, and the NEUTRALS APPOINTED!! by this COURT to OVERSEE! the CONSENT DECREE, (the MONITOR, the ARBITRATOR, and the ADJUDICATOR, and the FACILITATOR)..."

AGREE - that the U.S.D.A. and their CONSPIRATORS must! be DISCIPLINED!! for their INTENTIONAL! Conspired! Discrimination - Settled in April 1999 - and their - further!! continued! Conspired DECEPTION that continued! the said DECRIMINATION!! against the said African Race/or "Class Membeers" - ALL FOUND Wrong-Doers!! must! be DISCIPLINED! Civil and Criminal Activities filed against them who conspired with the said USDA...who even!! the said USDA-presiding Judge Paul Friedman's - OWN WRITTEN OPINION-also! ADMITS! TO SAID found DISCRIMINATION - Enforced! illegally! upon the said AFRICAN RACE of PEOPLE since! the FOURTY Acreas and the MULE...which the said U.S. GOVERNMENT-again! NEVER!!
